With more than a decade in the construction industry starting from the ground up, Adam Ramirez has worked his way up the construction ladder. From Laborer, to Helper, to Foreman, to Assistant Superintendent, to Field engineer, to Project Engineer, to Scheduler, to Scheduling Manager, to Scheduling & Technology Manager, to Company Operations and Resource Manager Director of Scheduling for a nationwide enterprise; & general Manager for a top 20 SFL General Contractor; Adam Ramirez has had deep involvement in the industry throughout his life.

Mr. Ramirez has passion for the industry as it is what gave his family the opportunity to take part in the American Dream after they were forced to flee Cuba from political persecution.

Adam Ramirez's unique background helps to inform our vetting process with a vigor that our competitors cannot match. He is a graduate of FIU's Moss School of Construction and holds a Business Degree.

Mr. Ramirez is currently a member of the Florida International Student Advisory Board, The Latin Builders Association, The Associated Builders and Contractors & The Associated General Contractors of America.

Joshua Gomez is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at HammerHead Recruitment. Joshua has established himself as an expert in sourcing talent, leveraging network connections, and devising creative strategies that set HammerHead Recruitment apart from its competitors.

In his role as COO, Joshua is primarily focused on ensuring that HammerHead Recruitment provides an optimal experience for both candidates and clients. He is passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment services and streamlining processes without compromising on the company's values.
